Green Mango + Homemade Alamang = Summer Love

Are you craving for green mango (unripe mango) with alamang? Good thing our neighbor has a mango tree, we just ask the owner when we want to pick some mangoes off the tree. And the best combination for green mango is alamang. Here's how to cook alamang or fish paste. 


 Here are the ingredients:
1/4 pork (chopped)
tomatoes
chili pepper
fish paste
brown sugar
vinegar

onion and garlic
How to cook:

1. Boil the chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then, set aside.

2. Saute the garlic, onion, tomato, chili pepper.
3. Put the pork and fish paste.
4. Saute until cook.

And tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Hmmmm enjoy eating!
